Our story
G'day, I'm Jake.
I started NJM Plumbing after 12 years on the tools for bigger outfits, where customers waited all day and got a different face every visit.
I did my apprenticeship in Sydney's west, then spent years on everything from high-rise fit-outs to emergency call-outs. The work was good, but the service wasn't. People were quoted one price and charged another, and nobody owned the job from start to finish.
So NJM works differently. You get a set arrival window, a text when we're on the way, and a fixed price before any work starts. The same small crew handles your job from first call to clean-up, and we leave your place tidier than we found it.

Everyone who comes to your home is someone we'd let into our own.
Licensed
Licensed plumber, drainer and gasfitter. All work is compliant and certified where required.
Police-checked
Every team member holds a current national police check before they set foot on a job.
Fully insured
Public liability and workers' compensation cover on every job, big or small.
Always learning
Ongoing training in relining, leak detection and the latest hot water systems.
Workmanship warranty
If our work fails, we fix it free. For seven years.
Every job carries a written 7-year warranty on our labour, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on parts.
What's covered
Any leak, failure or defect caused by our installation or repair work, for seven years from the job date. That includes the labour to put it right and any damage to the fitting we installed.
What's not
Faults in parts are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, which we'll handle for you. Damage from misuse, other trades' work, or blockages from things that shouldn't go down drains isn't covered.
How to claim
Call or email with your address. We'll find the job on file, come out, and fix it. No paperwork on your end, and no call-out fee.
