Burst pipe, Parramatta

The problem: Split copper supply line under the house, flooding the subfloor at 11pm on a Sunday.
The outcome: Water isolated within 15 minutes of arrival. The damaged section was repiped in copper the same afternoon and pressure-tested.

Ryde · 45 minutes

The problem: Worn cartridge in a kitchen mixer, wasting roughly 20 litres of water a day.
The outcome: Replaced with a WELS 5-star mixer. The customer's next water bill dropped noticeably.

Strathfield · 2 days

The problem: Full renovation of a 1970s bathroom with the shower and vanity moving to new positions.
The outcome: New drainage with correct falls, relocated supply lines, pressure-tested and signed off before the tiler started.

Burwood · Under 3 hours

The problem: Water seeping around the pan base. The floor flange had rotted through.
The outcome: Flange replaced, subfloor dried out, and a new water-saving toilet suite installed.

Chatswood · Same day

The problem: Corroded 15-year-old storage tank, leaking and no longer heating.
The outcome: Swapped for a continuous flow unit with new valves and pipework. Hot showers by dinner, and lower gas bills since.

The problem: A slow leak under the basin had swollen the vanity cabinet for months.
The outcome: New waste, traps and basin fitted, with isolation valves added. Dry for good.
